Héctor Guzmán has a trajectory of more than 25 years advising national and foreign clients on their corporate legal strategies, including strategic and constitutional litigation. He is internationally recognized as an expert in the legal advise of development of infrastructure and energy projects in Mexico.
It has participated in emblematic transactions in the areas of consolidation and investment of foreign businesses and in the area of hydrocarbons and electricity, such as the combined cycle plant projects of San Luis de la Paz, Altamira, and El Encino in Chihuahua, as well as as in the Salamanca and Minatitlán Refinery projects.
He currently participates and advises Samsung Engineering in the development of the Olmeca Refinery (Dos Bocas) in Paraíso, Tabasco before Pemex Transformación Industrial among others.
