Your future in Mexico starts here

Guzmán Castellanos represents and assists expatriates who need to arrive to Mexican territory to start business, do tourism or pursue studies, or to work in a company that offers them a job.

Our Firm provides support to foreigners throughout their migration process, from basic advice to understand their need to arrive in Mexico, to obtaining their temporary or permanent migratory status (informally called a visa), culminating with the delivery of their migration document identity.

Within each and every one of the processes determined by the Migration Law and its regulations, our team of professionals provides full assistance when the foreigner is required by the National Migration Institute (INAMI) to clarify issues related to their stay; and undertakes the necessary means of defense (including Amparo Trial) when their status is denied or when they are ordered to leave the national territory, or access is prevented at frontiers or international transit routes. (airports and migration points)

We also assist foreigners who face problems due to immigration detention and those whose authorities violate their right of access to information, communication, or suffer from mistreatment and discrimination, guaranteeing strict respect for their Human Rights through the interposition of the corresponding means of defense.

«In the last ten years we have obtained temporary and permanent residence for more than 5,000 foreigners and their families who have decided to arrive in Mexico, allowing and encouraging economic development in the region.»
